Troop Structure

Troop 266 is Scout lead and functions under the Chartered Organization Representative, Committee Chair, and Scoutmaster.

  The leader of the troop is the Senior Patrol Leader or SPL.  He is assisted in running the troop with the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader or ASPL.

All other scouts are divided into Patrols consisting of between 4-6 scouts.  Each patrol is lead by a Patrol Leader and Assistant Patrol Leader.

Once a month the SPL leads a meeting (Patrol Leader Committee) to plan for the troop.
